Long Island Wedding Photography FAQ
How much does wedding photography cost on Long Island?
Toast packages start at $1,995 for four hours with one lead photographer, and go to $5,995 for full-day coverage with two photographers working in parallel. Every package includes a pre-wedding planning session, editing, an online gallery, and full print rights.
What is included at $1,995?
Four hours of coverage with one lead photographer, a pre-wedding planning session where we review your timeline, venue layout and family photo list, professional editing, an online gallery delivered within 30 days, and full print rights.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Package 2 at six hours is our most popular. Four hours works for a shorter ceremony and reception. Package 3 is full-day coverage with two photographers. Extra hours can be added to any package at $495 per hour.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as soon as your venue and date are set. Checking your date tells you whether we have availability, and the Long Island calendar fills earliest for summer Saturdays on the East End.
How many photos will we get, and when?
Your gallery arrives within 30 days of your wedding, online and shareable, with full print rights. The number of images depends on your coverage hours, timeline, and guest count. Expedited editing is available for $300.
Do you offer engagement or bridal sessions?
Yes. A session is included in Packages 2 and 3, and can be added to Package 1 for $595. Bridal sessions work the same way. Your photographer will suggest locations that suit the look you want.
Who will photograph our wedding?
Eddy is Toast's Head Photographer on Long Island and photographs weddings across Nassau and Suffolk. Aleisha Kone, Toast's Photography Director, also photographs on Long Island. One of them covers your day, and you can see both of them and their work above.
Do you photograph weddings across the whole island?
Yes. We cover Holbrook, Garden City, Huntington, Smithtown, Westbury, and Southampton, across Nassau County, Suffolk County, the Hamptons, and the North Fork. Travel within 50 miles of the city center is free.
Can we bundle photography with DJ or video?
Yes. Photography bundles with DJ, videography, coordination, and photo booth. Bundling two or more services unlocks up to $400 in savings, and one team runs one timeline instead of separate vendors coordinating with each other.
