Built for the way Washington DC gets married

DC’s spring season runs March to May. Fall runs October to November. Those dates fill 8 to 12 months in advance, so book your DJ once your venue is locked.

We work the InterContinental The Willard, the Grand Hyatt Washington, President Lincoln’s Cottage, Sweeney Barn and District Winery. At the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium we sound check before guests arrive. At Salamander Resort in Middleburg we run ceremony sound on the grounds.

Quenton Harris, our Head DJ and DMV Operations Manager, leads the team, and every DC DJ trains under him. Your DJ meets with you to plan the music before the wedding.

We travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Tysons Corner, Reston, Rockville and Annapolis. Travel within 30 miles of DC is free. DC venue directory.

Questions couples ask

A DC DJ and MC starts at $1,295 for four hours. Pro sound for up to 300 guests and a ceremony lapel mic are included. Tiers are on the DC rates page.

The $1,295 package includes four hours. Past that, DJ time is $325 an hour. Platinum, our most popular package, is unlimited DJ and MC service for the entire event. Send us your ceremony and reception start times, and we’ll tell you which fits.

DC photography starts at $1,395 for four hours with a lead photographer. The DC rates page lists longer coverage and the assistant photographer add-on.

DC video starts at $1,995 for four hours of filming. You get a 4 to 6 minute highlight edit. Full film options are on the DC rates page.

The open-air Ultimate Photo Booth starts at $845 in DC for three hours. Prints are unlimited. Other booths are on the DC rates page.

Pairing the DJ with a photo booth takes $100 off your total. It also adds one free Combo Perk. The combos are on the DC rates page.

Yes. Quenton’s DMV team covers DJ, photography, video, photo booths and lighting. Book any mix of the five. One couple booked DJ Horace and our photo booth together. Their day-of coordinator said Horace was on point.

Yes. Your DC DJ MCs the whole night, from the grand entrance and the toasts to the final song. Quenton once helped rework a couple’s timeline at the last minute when the heat started melting their cake.

Yes. Across the DMV, our DC DJs, photographers and photo booths also work sweet 16s, proms and school dances. We play quinceañeras, mitzvahs and corporate events too. Share the room and the guest count, and we’ll build the lineup.
