Aubrey Johnston
Photo Booths and Luxury Enhancements Director, Toast Entertainment

Aubrey Johnston is Toast's Photo Booths and Luxury Enhancements Director. She directs both teams, so every effect is planned by one person and run on one timeline. She sets the standards Toast crews work to: match the uplighting to your palette, place every fixture before guests arrive, and fire each effect on the cue your DJ calls. When you book Toast enhancements in Long Island, Aubrey plans the setup and directs the crew that runs it.

Long Island Venues We Work With

Long Island and New York venues we know:

If your venue is not listed, ask us. We have probably been there, and if not, we will learn everything about it.

Lighting a Long Island venue

Atlantis Banquets & Events has the 5,300-square-foot Sea Star Ballroom. Uplighting along the walls keeps a room that size from feeling empty.

The Vineyards at Aquebogue has a renovated Grand Ballroom that seats 250. Match the uplight color to your flowers and the room pulls together.

Flowerfield Celebrations in St. James has an indoor atrium. Warm light there carries the garden feel inside after dark.

Some Long Island venues limit sparks or fog. Ask your venue early, and your planner confirms it before the day.
