A trained MC who runs your timeline
Your Long Island DJ is also your MC. Marty and his team handle every announcement, from the bridal party entrance to the last dance, with a warm voice and no cheesy lines. Your coordinator runs the schedule. Your DJ runs the room.
Your music plan, must-plays and do-not-plays
Before the wedding, you and your DJ build the soundtrack together, from processional to last dance. The do-not-play list is sacred. On the night, your DJ reads the room and adjusts in real time.
Pro sound, ceremony audio included
We bring our own sound system, calibrated for your venue and guest count. No house speakers, no borrowed gear. Ceremony sound and wireless mics come at no extra charge, with a full sound check before guests arrive.
A backup DJ and backup gear, every event
Plenty of Long Island DJs work alone, and one sick day can leave a reception with no music. Toast keeps trained backup DJs on call and a second rig ready for every Long Island wedding, so the night goes on.
Uplighting and custom lighting design are add-ons we'll happily quote. Quinceañeras, LGBTQ+ weddings, multicultural fusions, country weddings: our DJs are trained to honor them and get them right.

Essential DJ Experience, starting at $1,795. Four hours of DJ and MC service with a premium sound system for up to 300 guests, dance floor lighting, and full backup coverage.
Platinum DJ Experience, starting at $3,245. Most Popular. Continuous coverage from 30 minutes before ceremony through midnight, with no time limits and 10 LED uplights setting the ambiance.
Diamond DJ Combo, starting at $3,995. Everything in Platinum, plus an Ultimate Photo Booth with unlimited instant prints, a full digital gallery, and one Signature Touch on the house.
Bundle another service and you'll receive $100 to $400 in savings.
Venues we know by heart
Your Long Island venue may already be on our list. We know the ceremony on the sand at Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, the Sea Star Ballroom at Atlantis Banquets & Events in Riverhead, and the garden ceremonies and Grand Ballroom at The Vineyards at Aquebogue.
If your venue is not listed, ask us. We have probably been there, and if not, we will learn everything about it.
Long Island wedding DJ questions
Long Island's season peaks May through October, and those dates book 8 to 12 months out. If your venue is a favorite like Allegria Hotel or NYIT de Seversky Mansion, book your DJ as soon as the venue is locked. Fall and early-summer weekends fill fastest.
A DJ plays music. An MC runs your reception. Every Toast DJ is both, so introductions, toasts, and special dances are handled by the same person reading your dance floor. No separate emcee to hire.
Absolutely. Your music plan includes must-plays, genres you love, and a do-not-play list we take seriously. If the Chicken Dance is banned, it stays banned. Your DJ still reads the room, just inside the lines you set.
Yes, at no extra charge. Ceremony sound, wireless mics and speakers are included. On the landscaped ceremony grounds at NYIT de Seversky Mansion, on the lawn at Flowerfield Celebrations, or under a tent at Peconic River Herb Farm, we run a full sound check before guests arrive so your vows are heard.
Toast is a company, not a solo operator. If your assigned DJ can't make it, another trained Toast DJ steps in with your music plan, timeline, and venue details already in hand. You'll never be left without a DJ.
Yes. We cover Nassau and Suffolk, the Hamptons, and the North Fork: Garden City, Manhasset, Huntington, Babylon, Roslyn, Oyster Bay, Greenport, and out to East Northport. Travel is free anywhere on Long Island. Farther? Just ask.
Yes. We schedule planning consultations between you and your assigned Toast DJ, so they hear your music vision from you and build the timeline with you. You'll know your DJ before the day.

Toast's Long Island DJ packages begin at $1,795 for four hours of DJ and MC time. Your price depends on how long you need us, extras like uplighting or added hours ($450 per hour on Essential), and whether you add a second service. Platinum is our most popular package. Quenton, or DJ Q, has had music in his life since he was a kid with drumsticks in his hands at age three, and that early start grew into a career producing, DJing, and MCing. He has DJed professionally, with hundreds of weddings and events behind him across the country.
