What happens after we book?

From Inquiry to Film

01
Check your date

Send us your date and venue. We confirm the date is open and send a quote.

02
Plan your day

Your videographer reviews your timeline, venue layout, and the moments and people you want covered before the wedding.

03
Your wedding day

Your lead videographer works the timeline you built together, records your ceremony audio, and covers the day without getting in your photographer's frame.

04
Editing

Every film is cut and color graded by the team that shot it, so the footage looks the way the day felt.

05
Your film

Your highlight film arrives within 30 days of your wedding, online and shareable. Add-on edits arrive on the same timeline.

If something goes wrong

If your videographer has an emergency, another Toast videographer covers your wedding. You are booking a company with a team, not a single freelancer with no backup.

Filming a San Antonio wedding

Lost Mission has a chapel that seats 240 on pews built in 1890. Stone walls echo, so clean vow audio starts with mics on the officiant and the couple.

The Veranda’s Pavilion seats 220 behind retractable glass doors, so the reception can open onto the South Lawn or close up when Texas weather turns.

At Gruene Estate in New Braunfels, the open-air chapel has stained glass windows, and the longhorns and paint horses on the farm tend to end up in the film.

The San Antonio Botanical Garden covers 39 acres. The glass houses of the Lucile Halsell Conservatory make a clean frame for portraits.

Summer evenings stay hot here. Plan outdoor footage for the last hour of light.

Toast Videography Reviews

★★★★★
"Toast Weddings was phenomenal. Tom was our videographer and he was truly a fly on the wall, I barely noticed him, yet he captured every meaningful moment beautifully. He had previously filmed at St. Michael’s and our reception venue, which made everything feel effortless and seamless. He completely got what we wanted and was incredibly easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the result and can’t recommend Toast Weddings enough!"

"Spectacular team! The added benefit that the videographer, DJ and Photobooth experts all come from the same team made everything run so smoothly. … Daniel Ka, a brilliant Videographer, capturing our story in his prep call, and setting up multiple cameras to capture everything!"
