A trained MC who runs your timeline
In San Antonio, your DJ is also your MC. From the grand entrance to the last dance, every announcement comes from the person reading your dance floor. Cumbia, tejano, country or pop, the team plays it all. A bilingual MC is a $500 add-on.
Your music plan, must-plays and do-not-plays
Before the wedding, you and your DJ build the soundtrack together, from processional to last dance. The do-not-play list is sacred. On the night, your DJ reads the room and adjusts in real time.
Pro sound, ceremony audio included
We bring our own sound system, calibrated for your venue and guest count. No house speakers, no borrowed gear. Ceremony sound and wireless mics come at no extra charge, with a full sound check before guests arrive.
A backup DJ and backup gear, every event
Many San Antonio DJs are a one-person show, and one sick day can cancel the music. Toast has trained backup DJs on call and a second rig ready for each San Antonio wedding.
Uplighting and custom lighting design are add-ons we'll happily quote. Quinceañeras, LGBTQ+ weddings, multicultural fusions, country weddings: our DJs are trained to honor them and get them right.

San Antonio packages share the basics: a DJ who is also your MC, premium sound and ceremony audio. Each one also includes your own music plan. The three tiers below are copied word for word from the San Antonio rates page.
Essential DJ Experience, starting at $995. Up to four hours of DJ and MC service. Ideal for intimate ceremonies and short receptions.
Platinum DJ Experience, starting at $1,795. Most Popular. Continuous coverage from 30 minutes before ceremony through midnight, with no time limits and 10 LED uplights setting the ambiance.
Diamond DJ Combo, starting at $2,495. Everything in Platinum, plus an Ultimate Photo Booth with unlimited instant prints, a full digital gallery, and one Signature Touch on the house.
Bundle another service and you'll receive $100 to $400 in savings.
Venues we know by heart
Your San Antonio venue may already be on our list. We know the 1890 chapel pews at Lost Mission and the 200-year-old oaks at Magnolia Halle. At The Veranda, a stone arch frames the South Lawn.
If your venue is not listed, ask us. We have probably been there, and if not, we will learn everything about it.
San Antonio wedding DJ questions
San Antonio weddings cluster in fall, October and November, and in spring, March through May. Those dates go 8 to 12 months ahead, with October and April weekends first to fill. Once Lost Mission or Gruene Estate is signed, call us next.
A DJ plays music. An MC runs your reception. Every Toast DJ is both, so introductions, toasts, and special dances are handled by the same person reading your dance floor. No separate emcee to hire.
Absolutely. Your music plan includes must-plays, genres you love, and a do-not-play list we take seriously. If the Chicken Dance is banned, it stays banned. Your DJ still reads the room, just inside the lines you set.
Yes. Outdoor ceremony audio, wireless mics and speakers are part of every package. We set up under the Outdoor Pavilion at Stoney Creek Venue or in the open-air chapel at Gruene Estate. The South Lawn at The Veranda works too. We test the sound before guests arrive.
Toast is a company, not a solo operator. If your assigned DJ can't make it, another trained Toast DJ steps in with your music plan, timeline, and venue details already in hand. You'll never be left without a DJ.
Yes. We cover the full metro and Hill Country: Boerne, New Braunfels, Stone Oak, Schertz, Helotes, Live Oak, Selma, Universal City, and Bulverde. Travel up to 30 miles from downtown San Antonio is included. Farther? Just ask.
Yes. We schedule planning consultations between you and your assigned Toast DJ, so they hear your music vision from you and build the timeline with you. You'll know your DJ before the day.
Every San Antonio package includes your DJ and MC, a sound system with ceremony audio, and dance floor lighting. You shape the music plan with your DJ. Platinum adds coverage with no time limits plus 10 LED uplights. Diamond adds an Ultimate Photo Booth.

DJ Robbie P
Robbie Pryor is deeply entrenched in the Austin DJ and Dance community. Ever since his early days of attending and participating in bboy battles, funk parties and hip-hop cyphers, his love for music quickly grew from a listening role towards an active focus on learning the art and craft of spinning records.
As he embarked on his journey into DJing in 2010, he honed in on his truest loves: funk, old school breaks, and classic hip-hop. Since then, he has had a direct hand in throwing several dance competitions, playing numerous parties, and supporting our vibrant dance community in any way he can.
DJ Robbie attributes much of his inspiration for Funk and Boogie to his early years as child listening to 90s & 2000s era music. More recently, his love and support for local Austin groups such as the Table Manners Crew and Austin Boogie Crew motivate him to continue in his quest for DJ technical excellence and searching for sounds which are rare, different and special.
