Toast packages start at $1,395 for four hours with one lead photographer, and go to $3,995 for full-day coverage with two photographers working in parallel. Every package includes editing, an online gallery, and full print rights.
What is included at $1,395?
Four hours of coverage with one lead photographer, a pre-wedding planning session where we review your timeline, venue layout and family photo list, professional editing, an online gallery delivered within 30 days, and full print rights.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Package 2 at six hours is our most popular. Four hours works for a shorter ceremony and reception. Package 3 is full-day coverage with two photographers. Extra hours can be added to any package at $350 per hour.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as soon as your venue and date are set. Checking your date tells you whether we have availability, and holding a specific photographer is easier the earlier you ask.
How many photos will we get, and when?
Your gallery arrives within 30 days of your wedding, online and shareable, with full print rights. The number of images depends on your coverage hours, timeline, and guest count. Expedited editing is available for $300.
Do you offer engagement or bridal sessions?
Yes. A session is included in Packages 2 and 3, and can be added to Package 1 for $495. Bridal sessions work the same way. Your photographer will suggest locations that suit the look you want.
Can we request a specific photographer?
Yes. Request a specific photographer is a $200 add-on. Without it, Aleisha directs the San Antonio photography team that covers your day. You can see the San Antonio team and their work above.
Do you photograph weddings outside central San Antonio?
Yes. We cover San Antonio, Bexar County, and the wider Hill Country, including New Braunfels, Boerne, Helotes, Schertz, Converse, Universal City, Spring Branch, and Canyon Lake. Travel within 30 miles of the city center is free.
Can we bundle photography with DJ or video?
Yes. Photography bundles with DJ, videography, coordination, and photo booth. Bundling two or more services unlocks up to $400 in savings, and one team runs one timeline instead of separate vendors coordinating with each other.
