Aubrey Johnston
Photo Booths and Luxury Enhancements Director, Toast Entertainment

Aubrey runs two teams at Toast, photo booths and luxury enhancements. So the booth, the cold sparks, the uplighting and the monogram get planned by one person on one timeline. Her attendants stay with the booth from setup to pack out, tailor it to your reception, and open it when the room is ready for it. For a Fort Worth booth, Aubrey does the planning and directs the attendant on site.

Where the booth goes

Placement decides how busy a booth gets. Set it on the path between the bar and the dance floor and it stays full. Tuck it in a side room and it sits empty. Look at your floor plan with that in mind.

Stockyards patios and garden lawns are lovely until July. If your Fort Worth reception spills outside in summer, keep the booth indoors where the prints and your guests stay cool.
