Fort Worth Wedding Lighting and Enhancements That Transform the Room
Fort Worth Wedding Lighting and Enhancements
Toast Entertainment's Fort Worth wedding uplighting starts at $395 for ten color-matched fixtures. Cold sparks, a monogram and a first-dance cloud start at $595. Knot Hall of Fame, top 1% of wedding professionals nationwide, serving Southlake, Grapevine, Burleson and Aledo.
Ways to Transform the Room

Color-matched LED accent lighting around your venue. Ten wireless LED fixtures wash the walls in the color you choose.

Your initials on the dance floor or a wall, sharp enough to show up in every photo of the floor.

Spark fountains made for indoor use, with no open flame and very little smoke. Your venue still has to approve them. Save them for the entrance, the first dance or the last song, when white sparks fill the background of every shot. Two fixtures $595, four $995, another display $200.

Dry ice fog that hugs the floor while you dance, then clears before it reaches anyone at the tables.

Four-foot glowing letters that spell LOVE, and the backdrop guests queue up for. Other words are quoted on request.

A hundred foam glow sticks, saved for the moment the dance floor peaks. The whole floor lights up at once.

Lyrics on a screen, two wireless mics and a full karaoke rig, so your guests can take over once the formal part of the night is done.

Surprise videos, family slideshows and messages from anyone who couldn't make the trip to Fort Worth, all played on one big screen.
Shades of Uplighting
Twelve shades to choose from. Tell us your palette and we match it before guests arrive.

Aubrey leads Toast's photo booth and luxury enhancement teams, so every effect at your wedding has one planner and one timeline. Her crews color the lights to your palette, have each fixture in place before the doors open, and fire each effect when your DJ calls it. For a Fort Worth wedding, Aubrey plans the setup and directs the crew.
Meet AubreyToast also covers Fort Worth DJ and MC, photography, videography, photo booths, and coordination. Book three or more services and a Luxury Enhancement comes complimentary. Bundling two or more services saves up to $400.

Choose from the menu above, one effect or the full set.
During planning we lock the colors, the monogram, the venue's OK for sparks, and every cue.
Our crew sets up before guests arrive, fires each effect on cue, and packs out.
If a crew member has an emergency, another Toast crew member is sent to your event. You are booking a company with a team, not a single freelancer.
Fort Worth Venues We Work With
Fort Worth and Tarrant County venues Toast has worked:
Lighting a Fort Worth room
Brick and timber soak up light. In the Stockyards and along South Main, warm amber or gold uplighting makes those walls glow, while cool blues can look flat against red brick.
Light gallery walls are the opposite. They take almost any color you throw at them, so that's where a bold palette pays off.
Every venue has its own rules on sparks, so we get the approval during planning.
Toast Lighting and Enhancement Reviews
"We had a great experience using Toast Entertainment for the DJ and uplighting at our wedding. The Concierge service was super responsive in the months leading up to our wedding, and the online planning tools were helpful in building our perfect playlist."
"Toast Entertainment really transformed my wedding reception into a party! Our DJ, John Rust was absolutely the best. Their system for inputing our music choices was easy to use. I loved that they set up all of their equipment and all of our uplighting."
"He played every thing according to the schedule of the wedding and made sure no one left the dance floor. Emma was awesome keeping the Photo Booth organized. I was pleased with the cold sparks to go off at the right time and the cloud. Only suggestion for the cloud to be a bit thicker."
