Every Toast coordination package includes a venue visit before your wedding. Your coordinator walks the property with you, learns the layout and the house rules, and builds the floor plan around the space you have.
Coordinating a South Texas wedding
South Texas is two wedding regions. The Rio Grande Valley centers on McAllen. The Coastal Bend centers on Corpus Christi. The two cities are about 150 miles apart.
Travel is free within 30 miles of either city center. Edinburg, Mission and Pharr fall inside that range from McAllen. Brownsville, Harlingen, Kingsville and Sinton are in our service area too.
Each region has its own busy season. The Valley is busiest from March through May. The Coastal Bend is busiest in October and November. Peak dates in both regions book 8 to 12 months out. October and April weekends fill first.
Your coordinator walks the venue with you before the wedding. At Quinta Mazatlán in McAllen, that walk covers the gardens and the historic adobe estate. At the Texas State Aquarium, it covers the space on Corpus Christi Bay.
Lively Beach Resort on the coast and Lumberyard Events Co. in Sinton are both on our venue list. Each venue gets its own floor plan, built around the space you have.
