Lighting a Dallas venue
McKinney Flour Mill is a restored mill with several distinct areas. Uplighting can mark each space so the night feels like it moves from one setting to the next.
The Emerson in Kaufman is built around a white chapel. One soft color on the chapel walls reads clean in photos.
Stoney Ridge Villa in Azle has a hand-painted reception ceiling. Aim warm uplight upward and the ceiling becomes part of the decor.
Check the spark policy when you book the venue. Rules differ from room to room, and approval has to be in hand before the day.

Do you do wedding lighting in Dallas?
Yes. Toast lights weddings across Dallas, Fort Worth and the suburbs, and the same team that runs your Toast DJ or photo booth runs the lighting.
What does uplighting cost?
Uplighting is $395 for a set of 10 color-matched LED fixtures placed around your venue.
Do we need to book a Toast DJ to add enhancements?
Not a DJ specifically. Enhancements are added to any Toast booking: DJ, photo booth, photography, videography or coordination. Book three or more services and one Luxury Enhancement is complimentary.
How does the monogram work?
Send initials, a logo or a sketch. We shape it into a clean design with you, then project it on a wall or the dance floor. It’s $595 in Dallas.
Are cold sparks safe indoors?
Yes. The fountains give off no heat, flame or smoke. Your venue still has to say yes, and your planner gets that answer ahead of time.
Is dancing on a cloud safe for our guests?
Yes. The fog stays at floor level around the two of you and is gone before it gets near a table. Dancing on a Cloud is $595.
What smaller touches can we add?
Two Signature Touches on the Dallas rates page are $295 each: the Audio Guestbook Phone, where guests leave messages on a vintage handset, and Glow Sticks (100 count) for the peak of the night. Book two or more services and one Signature Touch is complimentary.
Do you bring lighting across Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes. Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Lewisville, Grapevine, Garland, Southlake and Irving are all covered, along with Dallas and Fort Worth.
Can we bundle enhancements with DJ or photography?
Yes. Enhancements pair with a Toast DJ, photographer, videographer, photo booth or coordinator, and two or more services save up to $400.
