Every Toast coordination package includes a venue visit before your wedding. Your coordinator walks the property with you, learns the layout and the house rules, and builds the floor plan around the space you have.
Coordinating a Dallas wedding
Peak Dallas dates run March through November, and couples take October and April weekends first.
Summer heat runs past 100, and the sun sits high into the evening. The Dallas North Tollway, US-75 and LBJ Freeway carry most wedding-day traffic. A hotel in Uptown and a venue in Frisco can be 40 minutes apart once traffic builds.
There is no travel fee inside 30 miles of central Dallas. Allen, Richardson, Lewisville, Grapevine, Garland, Southlake and Irving are in our service area.
A venue walk-through with your coordinator comes before the wedding. McKinney Flour Mill is a restored mill in downtown McKinney with several distinct areas. Knotting Hill Place in Little Elm is built for higher guest counts. The Emerson in Kaufman centers on a white chapel. Magnolia Terrace in Frisco pairs outdoor ceremony spaces with an indoor reception.

Up to eight hours of wedding-day coordination, one hour of rehearsal coordination, a lead coordinator and an assistant, vendor management and confirmations, timeline and floor plan creation, and a venue visit before the wedding.
What is the difference between Essential and Elite?
Hours. Essential covers up to eight hours of your wedding day. Elite is unlimited, from arrival to the final formal event.
When do we start working with our coordinator?
You are connected with your dedicated coordinator four months before your wedding.
Is this day-of coordination or full planning?
More than day-of, less than full planning. It is designed for couples who have handled most of the planning and want experienced professionals to take over in the final months.
Can we request a specific coordinator?
Yes, a named-coordinator request is a $200 add-on. If you do not add it, Toast picks your lead coordinator and assistant, and Ashley Rust, our Coordination Director, oversees the plan.
What if our wedding day runs longer than eight hours?
On Essential, extended service for the lead coordinator and assistant is $200 per hour. On Elite, wedding-day coordination has no hourly cap and runs from arrival to the final formal event.
Do you coordinate weddings outside central Dallas?
Yes. We cover the greater Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Lewisville, Grapevine, Garland, Southlake, and Irving.
