From Inquiry to Film
Send us your date and venue. We confirm the date is open and send a quote.
Your videographer reviews your timeline, venue layout, and the moments and people you want covered before the wedding.
Your lead videographer works the timeline you built together, records your ceremony audio, and covers the day without getting in your photographer's frame.
Every film is cut and color graded by the team that shot it, so the footage looks the way the day felt.
Your highlight film arrives within 30 days of your wedding, online and shareable. Add-on edits arrive on the same timeline.
If your videographer has an emergency, another Toast videographer covers your wedding. You are booking a company with a team, not a single freelancer with no backup.
Austin Venues We Know
Austin and Hill Country venues we know:
Filming an Austin wedding
Barr Mansion gives you two looks in one day, a real ballroom and a farmstead outside, so build time into the timeline to film both.
At The Waters Point in Wimberley, couples marry right by the Blanco River. Moving water is loud, so vow audio gets extra attention there.
The Grand Lady sits on 20 acres of oaks with a working flower farm. Golden-hour portraits there need no staging.
Springdale Station in East Austin is a converted train station with exposed wood trusses and a full acre outside, so interior and exterior footage both come easy.
Vintage Villas sits on a bluff above Lake Travis with a wrought iron gazebo, a classic frame for the ceremony.
Shoot outdoor portraits early or close to sunset, when the Texas heat lets up.

"Spectacular team! The added benefit that the videographer, DJ and Photobooth experts all come from the same team made everything run so smoothly. … Daniel Ka, a brilliant Videographer, capturing our story in his prep call, and setting up multiple cameras to capture everything!"
Austin Wedding Videography FAQ
How much does wedding videography cost in Austin?
Austin videography starts at $1,995 for up to four hours with a lead videographer and runs to $4,995 for the full day with a documentary edit. Every price is on the Austin rates page.
What does the $1,995 package include?
Up to four hours with a lead videographer, multi-camera 4K, professional audio, color grading, and a highlight film of four to six minutes, delivered within 30 days.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Six hours, Package B, is the one most Austin couples choose. Four hours suits a short ceremony and reception. Package C covers the full day and adds a documentary edit. Extra hours are $400 each.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as soon as your venue and date are set. Checking your date tells you whether we have availability, and holding a specific videographer is easier the earlier you ask.
When will we get our film?
Within 30 days of the wedding. Full ceremony and full reception edits, if you add them, arrive on the same schedule.
Will there be drone footage?
Packages B and C include drone. For Package A it's a $200 add-on. Venue rules and airspace decide every flight.
Can we choose our videographer?
Yes, for a $200 add-on. Otherwise, your videographer works under Daniel Ka's direction.
Do you film weddings outside central Austin?
Yes. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Marble Falls and Fredericksburg are all in range. Travel within 30 miles of the city center costs nothing.
Can we bundle videography with DJ or photography?
Yes. Videography bundles with DJ, photography, coordination, and photo booth. Bundling two or more services unlocks up to $400 in savings, and one team runs one timeline instead of separate vendors coordinating with each other.
