Ways to Transform the Room
Color-matched LED accent lighting around your venue. Ten wireless LED fixtures wash the walls in the color you choose.
Your initials, or a design we build with you, cast in light across the dance floor or a wall. It shows up in every wide shot of the floor.
Indoor-safe spark fountains with no heat, fire or smoke, once the venue signs off. Fire them for the grand entrance, the first dance or the last song. Two fixtures $595, four $995, another display $200.
Dry ice fog rolls across the floor during your first dance and is gone before it reaches the nearest table.
LOVE spelled in glowing 48-inch letters, the backdrop guests line up for. Custom words are quoted on request.

Lighting an Austin venue
Barr Mansion pairs a real ballroom with a farmstead outside, so uplighting can warm the ballroom while the farmstead keeps its natural look.
Springdale Station in East Austin is a converted train station with exposed wood trusses. Warm uplight aimed into the trusses makes the ceiling part of the decor.
The Arlo has 22-foot ceilings and oversized iron and glass windows. Daylight carries cocktail hour, and the uplights take over once the sun drops.
Ask about sparks early. Every venue sets its own rule, and your planner gets the approval before the day.

Does Toast handle wedding lighting in Austin?
Yes. Uplighting, cold sparks, monograms, the cloud effect and the rest of the menu are available for weddings across Austin and the Hill Country, run by the same Toast team that handles your DJ or photo booth.
What does uplighting cost?
Uplighting is $395 for a set of 10 color-matched LED fixtures placed around your venue.
Do we need to book a Toast DJ to add enhancements?
Yes. Enhancements are booked alongside a Toast DJ, photo booth, photographer, videographer or coordinator. With three or more Toast services, one Luxury Enhancement is complimentary.
Can we design our own monogram?
Yes. Send initials, a crest or a sketch, and we refine it with you before projecting it on the dance floor or a wall. Monogram projection is $595 in Austin.
Are cold sparks safe indoors?
They are. The fountains run cool, with nothing burning and nothing to clear from the air. Your venue still has to approve them, and your planner handles that before the wedding.
Will the dry ice cloud reach our guests?
No. It hugs the floor around the two of you and fades well before the first row of tables. Dancing on a Cloud is $595.
What smaller touches can we add?
The Austin rates page lists two Signature Touches at $295 each: Glow Sticks (100 count) for when the floor peaks, and the Audio Guestbook Phone, where guests record messages on an old-fashioned handset. Book two or more services and one Signature Touch is complimentary.
Do you light weddings outside Austin?
Yes. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Marble Falls and Fredericksburg are all in our Austin area.
