Every Toast coordination package includes a venue visit before your wedding. Your coordinator walks the property with you, learns the layout and the house rules, and builds the floor plan around the space you have.
Coordinating a San Antonio wedding
San Antonio's busiest months are March through May, and October and November are busy too. Weekends in October and April book first, 8 to 12 months before the date.
Fiesta takes over downtown each spring. A Fiesta date means closed streets and packed parking around the River Walk. Loop 1604 and I-10 carry most wedding traffic between Boerne, Helotes and the city. I-35 toward New Braunfels and Schertz jams on Friday afternoons.
Travel inside 30 miles of downtown is included. Converse, Universal City, Spring Branch and Canyon Lake are in our service area.
Your coordinator tours your San Antonio venue with you ahead of the day. Lost Mission in Spring Branch has a chapel for 240, with pews built in 1890, and a reception hall for 350. The Veranda, in town, pairs a 1931 stone estate house with a Pavilion with retractable glass doors that seats 220. Gruene Estate in New Braunfels is the 1857 home of the Gruene family.

What if our wedding day runs longer than eight hours?
On Essential, extended service for the lead coordinator and assistant is $200 per hour. On Elite, wedding-day coordination has no hourly cap and runs from arrival to the final formal event.
