What is included at $1,995?
Up to eight hours of wedding-day coordination, one hour of rehearsal coordination, a lead coordinator and an assistant, vendor management and confirmations, timeline and floor plan creation, and a venue visit before the wedding.
What is the difference between Essential and Elite?
Hours. Essential covers up to eight hours of your wedding day. Elite is unlimited, from arrival to the final formal event.
When do we start working with our coordinator?
You are connected with your dedicated coordinator four months before your wedding.
Is this day-of coordination or full planning?
More than day-of, less than full planning. It is designed for couples who have handled most of the planning and want experienced professionals to take over in the final months.
Can we request a specific coordinator?
Yes. Request a specific coordinator is a $200 add-on. Without it, Toast assigns your lead coordinator and assistant, and Ashley Rust, our Coordination Director, oversees the plan.
What if our wedding day runs longer than eight hours?
On Essential, extended service for the lead coordinator and assistant is $200 per hour. On Elite, wedding-day coordination has no hourly cap and runs from arrival to the final formal event.
Do you coordinate weddings outside central Houston?
Yes. We cover Houston and the surrounding metro, including Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Katy, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, and League City.
Can we bundle coordination with DJ or photography?
Yes. Coordination bundles with DJ, photography, videography, and photo booth, and bundling two or more services unlocks up to $400 in savings.
